SHIPPING POLICY

At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Please note: Some products may only offer one option for shipping. Shipping costs are based on the products ordered and the shipping method selected. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during Checkout prior to completing your order. If your order qualifies for free shipping, select Standard Shipping. Your discount will appear in the Order Summary.

Typically, there is an option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Overnight). If you upgrade to Overnight shipping, your order must be received and credit authorization cleared by 12:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. If you upgrade to Second Day, your order must be received and credit authorization cleared by 12:00 p.m. (noon) ET or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

48 Contiguous United States

  • Standard Shipping - Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days and may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. Please note: special orders, military addresses and P.O. Boxes may exceed the standard shipping days.

  • Guaranteed 2-Day Shipping Most products may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via second-day service and arrive within 2 business days. Orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m. (noon) ET or your order may not be processed until the following day.

  • Guaranteed Next-Day Shipping Most products may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via overnight service and arrive within 1 day. Orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m. (noon) ET or your order may not be processed until the following day.

Alaska or Hawaii

  • Second Day (2-3 business days*) - Most products may be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii via Second Day Service and arrive within 2-3 business days.

  • U.S. Postal Service (3-8 business days*) Most products may be shipped via U.S. Postal Service, but some restrictions apply. Delivery is expected to arrive within 3-8 business days. The following products cannot be shipped via U.S Postal Service at this time: products over 70 lbs., products with large dimensions, freight-only products and flammable products.

P.O. Boxes (including Alaska & Hawaii), Military APO / FPO Addresses, P.O. Boxes in the U.S. Territories (including U.S. Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico), and U.S. Territories (including U.S. Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico)

  • U.S. Postal Service (3-8 business days*) - Most products may be shipped via U.S. Postal Service, but some restrictions apply. Delivery is expected within 3-8 business days. The following products cannot be shipped via U.S. Postal Service at this time: products over 70 lbs., products with large dimensions, freight-only products and flammable products.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of when you received the item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been mounted or used, for health/cleanliness reasons.

 

Items must be returned to us in new, undamaged condition. If items are damaged, you will not receive a refund for the item(s) sent.

All items have been inspected and documented before shipping. If the item has a defect or has been damaged in transit please email us here, and we will respond to you with in 24 hours. All returns shipping cost will be responsible of the customer. The customer must file a claim with perspective shipping carrier about damaged item.

When shipping the items back please use use protective material to be sure that the products are not damaged in transit. Once we have received your package, the items will be inspected. If there isn’t any damage to the items or any other issues with the return then a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business day from the date of inspection. If the item gets lost or damaged in transit there will be no issuing of a refund. If the item has been used or worn there will be no refund.
